These terms cover your use of Unroomies, made by . Using the app means you accept them.
What Unroomies is, and what it is not
Unroomies is a self-guided programme of everyday exercises for couples. It names a pattern and gives you something small to do each evening for thirty nights.
It is not therapy, counselling or medical care, and it does not diagnose or treat anything. The word "pattern" describes a way of living together, not a condition. Nothing in the app is a clinical assessment, and no part of it replaces a qualified professional.
If your relationship involves abuse, coercion or fear, this app is the wrong tool. Please contact a domestic abuse service in your country. In the United States, the National Domestic Violence Hotline is 1-800-799-7233. In the United Kingdom, Refuge is 0808 2000 247. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.
No promises about outcomes
We do not promise that your relationship will improve, and any suggestion in the app is exactly that: a suggestion. You decide what to do, and you remain responsible for your own choices and your own relationship.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18. You are responsible for keeping your device secure, since the app's content lives on it.
Purchases and renewals
The quiz and your pattern result are free and stay free. The thirty-night programme is paid.
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play, not by us.
- They renew automatically until you cancel, and you cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings rather than in the app.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not remove the days you already have.
- One purchase covers both partners on the same programme.
- Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies. We cannot issue them ourselves, but write to us and we will help where we can.
- Prices can change. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Your content
Your answers and notes are yours. They stay on your device, and we do not claim any rights over them. See the Privacy Policy for what is stored where.
Our content
The rituals, the pattern names, the text and the design are ours. Use them inside the app as much as you like. Do not copy them out and republish them as your own.
Fair use
Do not attempt to break, reverse engineer or resell the app, and do not use it to harm anyone.
Availability
The app works offline by design. We may still update it, change features, or discontinue it. If it is discontinued while you hold an active subscription, you will be told and refunded for the unused portion where the stores allow it.
Liability
To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, the app will tell you before the change takes effect.
